TASTING NOTES
Golden color Intense, aromatic nose with notes of white fruit (pear, peach) and herbs (fennel). Good entry on the palate, with a lot of volume and good acidity. Long and slightly bitter finish. The grapes come from our own vineyards where we work in an ecological way (no herbicides, no insecticides, no inorganic fertilizers). In the winery, work is done with minimal intervention and with minimal doses of sulphur, and responsible persons who ensure the correct evolution of the wine and the food safety of the consumers.
