TASTING NOTES
The only one in the world made with the almost extinct Jampal grape. A differentiated sparkling wine, of limited and careful production. We use the classic method in the elaboration of this sparkling wine with a fine bubble, with notes of fruit and brioche, as well as a brilliant acidity, which makes it versatile in pairing and ideal for any moment.
Fruity notes with citrus nuances. The aromatic complexity deepens during the tasting. There are notes of honey and aromas of refined complexity.
The acidity is firm and gives freshness. Very balanced and elegant.
