TASTING NOTES
Aligote grapes are grown along side the Le Clos du Meix Gobillon property in the Ladoix-Serrigny region. Here, they benefit from their own micro climate due to a small stream to the South and the closed walls, that allow plenty of sun to fully mature the grapes. Hand picked grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness. After malolactic fermentation, the wine sits on its lees in stainless steel before bottling.
