TASTING NOTES
The Borealis Cuvée Brut Vintage Cap Classique is the flagship sparkling wine of Krone. Handcrafted on Twee Jonge Gezellen in Tulbagh this vintage only sparkling wine is a blend of traditional grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, that are hand harvested under the light of the moon.
Krone Borealis Cuvée Brut is bottle-fermented and matured on the lees in the cold of the Krone underground cellar. Enjoy aromas of citrus peel, hints of crushed oyster shell and a light a light biscuity character with a refreshing lengthy finish.
