TASTING NOTES
An outstanding Argentinian white blend from the Mendoza region which has a delicious complexity and delicacy. Composed of equal parts of Sauvignon Blanc, Torrontés and Semillon which are barrel fermented separately before blending and further barrel ageing this is a wine with the capability of ageing gracefully. There's an elegant aromatic and floral feel which marries nicely with ripe stone fruit flavours and subtle creamy texture. Susana Balbo has created a terrific wine here that's excellent value for money. Matching with food this is a really versatile number that'll work well with the likes of chicken, seafood across to Thai and Japanese cuisine.
