TASTING NOTES
Pinot Noir is fermented in barrels where Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel for the still wine. It spends time on lees for about 18th months for that nice creamy texture. Methods Champenoise/Traditional method.
Refreshing acidity, creamy texture and long finish. Try with fish and chips or as an aperitif.
