TASTING NOTES
Raul Perez is one of Spain's most talented winemakers and his passion for Bierzo has inspired many to seek out this corner of north west Spain. This wine is made from Godello grapes - a indigenous Spanish grape - and a portion of the wine is allowed to age under flor giving it a tanginess on the palate. On the nose ripe pineapple, yellow plum and greengage. The palate has beautiful roundness to it and a vibrant, fresh finish. This is an easy drinking wine that is perfect as an aperitif or with fresh seafood.
