Paşaeli is a boutique winery that produces high-quality wines in limited quantities.  Its mission is to preserve the indigenous grape varieties of Anatolia and Thrace that are suitable for winemaking and introduce them to the rest of the world—fermented in stainless steel tanks at temp.

And the age of "head lies" on his lease for 3 months to provide complexity. The nose has lovely aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries.  The palate is balanced with good acidity and bright fruit.

What started as a wine import business in 1993 turned into a dream of brewing its own wine by January 2000. Ten years of passion and persistence paid off in 2010 with the release of their first vintage.

Located in Kemalpaşa near Izmir, Paşaeli produces around 150,000 bottles annually, embodying the spirit of boutique craftsmanship.  Each bottle reflects the quality of the winery and the art of winemaking.
