TASTING NOTES
Harvest takes place early September from vineyards in the Veneto. Initial soft pressing, is followed by fermentation with selected yeasts. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in small closed tanks (Charmat method) and is kept on the lees for 4 months.
A delicate pale pink colour. Subtle and persistent bubbles. Rich toasty aromas of bread, mingle with flower blossom, ripe apples and cherries. Elegant and balanced palate, finishes with good length. Excellent aperitif. Also enjoy with appetisers, and light chicken and fish dishes.
