Made from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the following percentages; Predominantly Pinot Meunier, with 26% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay.
Inspired by his love of Japan and all things umami, international Saké expert Francois Lavergne created this unique Champagne from the south-facing vineyards surrounding the hamlet of Talus-St-Prix in the southernmost end of the Côte de Blancs. The village specialises in Pinot Meunier grapes, making characteristically fresh, round and fruity wines.
Intense citrusaromas of grapefruit and green apple on the nose with a hint of jasmine and white flowers. The palate is rich and focussed with a racy acidity balancing complex notes of pastry and toasted nuts with Citrus, floral and racy notes.
