TASTING NOTES
Javier Rodriguez was a consultant to major wine estates around the world for many years until he decided to start producing under his own name. Now he makes wines under the name Rodriguez Sanzo from various northern appellations such as: Rias Baixas, Bierzo, Rueda, Toro, Priorat & Rioja. The wines are all produced in collaboration with experts from the partner wine cellar in the relevant appellation.
The colour of the wine is bright straw, with a greenish rim. The nose is full of citrus fruit, wild herbs, tropical fruit. On the palate it is fruity, with good acidity and fine bitter notes.
