TASTING NOTES
Continental Platter's iconic winemaker Patrick Sullivan, focuses on producing a range of Australian wines from carefully sourced, quality fruit from biodynamically farmed vineyards. The wines are all produced in the most natural way possible. After a manual harvest, they are fermented with their indigenous yeast and they are bottled without fining or filtration.
The wine is super easy drinking, not funky, not murky, very clean fresh fruits, great balance and length, a crowd pleaser and very versatile glass of white packed with green pepper, peach, lime, pure zingy yet ripe fruit with a dry salty twang.
