TASTING NOTES
Les Gouttes de Lune Sauvignon Petit Manseng is a dry white. It reveals a pale silvery color, luminous and shiny. With its engaging nose which begins with stone fruits such as peach and apricot and then moves towards tangy citrus scents. It has a round, fresh and fleshy attack in which we find a fruity, tangy then gourmand expression. Excellent balance with a finish mixing tangy flavors with notes of fruit in syrup. This wine goes perfectly with fish, Asian dishes, mountain tomme or even fruit desserts.
