This wine is carefully hand harvested on steep vineyards, before spending 3 days in a cold preferment maceratiion. Spontaneous fermentation in steel with maturation split between 600l second use oak barrels and steel 50\/50 for 12 months. Fresh fruit of strawberry, cherry and pomegranate, with an aromatic floral character.
