The aromas show apple and lime, but not just the pulp, the rind and the pith too, as well as chalk dust, white rubber, herbal grasses and white flowers. It’s one of those wines that manages to be wonderfully aromatic, yet dry and taut and tangy at the same time. 13.5% alc. Drink now-2025.
