We have been busy the past few months fermenting 1000kg’s of molasses and distilling the resulting molasses wine into rum. The vast majority of the produced rum will be going into ex bourbon casks but the rum tasted so good we thought we really should release a small amount as an unaged rum.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003eThe rum comes in at 44%abv and has notes of caramel, toffee and biscotti on the nose and when sipped is very smooth for an unaged rum.
