The vines are nurtured following an agricultural system implanted by the family that makes maximum use of natural products to limit the environmental impact.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eUpon reception at the winemaking cellar, the grapes are cold macerated at 6ºC for 12 hours in order to obtain all the aromatic potential of the varietal. Though the conditions were excellent there was also huge skill in the winery to balance the lees ageing, French oak and the use of concrete to provide freshness.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eThe fruit is sourced from vineyards near Haro, at the foot of Montes Obarenes, where soils are chalky-clay with a high limestone content. Here the River Ebro enters the Rioja region bringing clouds and cooler temperatures, resulting in excellent quality white grapes.
